MIRA Agam Properties L.L.C. is built on trust, and we take any concern about our service seriously. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect from us.
How to reach us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly at info@miraagam.ae, by phone at +971 5667 5667 8, or in writing to our office at Office 2401, Burj Khalifa, Dubai, U.A.E, with details of your concern and, where relevant, any property or enquiry reference.
What happens next. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within two business days. A senior member of our team will review the matter and aim to provide a substantive response within ten business days. If a complaint requires longer to investigate fully, we will let you know and keep you updated on progress.
If you remain unsatisfied. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), the government body responsible for regulating the real estate sector in Dubai, which maintains its own process for handling complaints against licensed brokerages and brokers.
Confidentiality. All complaints are handled confidentially and do not affect the quality of service you receive from us going forward.
This page has been drafted to reflect standard practice for a RERA-regulated Dubai brokerage and relevant UAE legislation, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and Dubai Land Department escrow regulations (Law No. 8 of 2007). It has not yet been reviewed by UAE-qualified legal counsel — final review and sign-off is required before publication.
