Property Disclaimer

Last updated: [DATE: TO BE CONFIRMED]

MIRA Agam Properties L.L.C. acts as a licensed real estate brokerage and advisory intermediary. This disclaimer sets out important information about how property, project, and market content on this Site should be understood.

General guidance only. All property and project information on this Site — including descriptions, images, renderings, floor plans, unit mixes, indicative pricing, payment plans, completion dates, and community details — is provided for general guidance only. Renderings and images may be illustrative and may not represent the final specification, finish, or view of any unit. Figures are subject to change by the developer without notice.

Independent verification. We strongly recommend independently verifying any figure, date, permit, or fact material to your decision directly with the relevant developer, the Dubai Land Department (DLD), or another appropriate authority before entering into any agreement.

Not a party to the transaction. MIRA Agam Properties acts as an intermediary, not as the seller or developer. Any purchase, reservation, or lease is a direct contractual relationship between you and the developer, seller, or landlord, and is governed by their terms, the applicable Sale and Purchase Agreement or tenancy contract, DLD registration requirements, and, for off-plan purchases, the escrow protections set out in Law No. 8 of 2007 concerning escrow accounts for real estate development in Dubai.

Advertising permits. Every property and project we advertise carries a valid Trakheesi advertising permit issued by the DLD, confirming the listing is authorised for marketing.

No investment advice. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and past performance, market statistics, or rental yield estimates are not a guarantee of future results. Property values can rise and fall. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment decision.

This page has been drafted to reflect standard practice for a RERA-regulated Dubai brokerage and relevant UAE legislation, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and Dubai Land Department escrow regulations (Law No. 8 of 2007). It has not yet been reviewed by UAE-qualified legal counsel — final review and sign-off is required before publication.
