MIRA Agam Properties L.L.C. ("MIRA Agam", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it, in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the regulations of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
What we collect. When you submit an enquiry, request a consultation, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include your name, email address, phone number, nationality, budget range, timeline, property or investment interests, and any message you choose to include. When you browse our website, we also collect limited technical information — your approximate location, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you visit — through cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Notice.
Why we collect it. We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, match you with relevant properties and advisory services, arrange viewings and consultations, communicate with you about your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp, and, where you have separately consented, to send you market updates and insights. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what you would reasonably expect from a real estate advisory relationship.
Who we share it with. We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited enquiry information with the developer or seller of a property you have expressed interest in, solely to progress your enquiry, and with regulatory bodies including the DLD and RERA where required by law. Where you have engaged us for a transaction, we may also share necessary details with conveyancing, escrow, mortgage or legal professionals involved in that transaction, on a need-to-know basis. Any third-party service provider that processes data on our behalf (for example, our customer relationship management system or email delivery provider) is contractually required to protect it and use it only for the purpose we specify.
Where your data is processed. Our business is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and personal data is primarily processed within the UAE. Where a service provider processes data outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a comparable standard of protection.
How long we keep it. We retain enquiry and client data for as long as is necessary to provide our services, satisfy legal, regulatory or tax obligations (including RERA and DLD record-keeping requirements), and resolve any disputes. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations), withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@miraagam.ae.
Security. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
Contact. Questions about this policy or how we handle your personal data can be directed to info@miraagam.ae or +971 5667 5667 8.
This page has been drafted to reflect standard practice for a RERA-regulated Dubai brokerage and relevant UAE legislation, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and Dubai Land Department escrow regulations (Law No. 8 of 2007). It has not yet been reviewed by UAE-qualified legal counsel — final review and sign-off is required before publication.
