MIRA Agam Properties

Third-Party Disclosure

Last updated: [DATE: TO BE CONFIRMED]

This page explains the circumstances in which MIRA Agam Properties L.L.C. may share your information with third parties, and the third-party services this Site relies on.

Developer and seller partners. Where your enquiry relates directly to a specific developer or project — including our partnerships with DAMAC Properties and Sobha Realty — we may share the enquiry details you have provided with that developer, solely so they can assist in progressing your enquiry alongside us. We only share what is necessary for that purpose.

Regulatory bodies. We may disclose information to the Dubai Land Department, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, or other government or regulatory authorities where required by UAE law, or to support a transaction you have asked us to assist with.

Service providers. This Site uses third-party services to operate, including Mapbox for interactive mapping, an email delivery provider to route enquiries to our team, and, where you have given analytics consent, a web analytics provider. These providers process data under their own privacy and security terms, and only to the extent necessary to provide their service to us.

Professional advisers. Where you have engaged us in connection with a specific transaction, we may share necessary information with conveyancers, escrow agents, mortgage brokers, or legal advisers involved in that transaction, with your knowledge.

No sale of personal data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

This page has been drafted to reflect standard practice for a RERA-regulated Dubai brokerage and relevant UAE legislation, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and Dubai Land Department escrow regulations (Law No. 8 of 2007). It has not yet been reviewed by UAE-qualified legal counsel — final review and sign-off is required before publication.
