These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MIRA Agam Properties website (the "Site"), operated by MIRA Agam Properties L.L.C., a real estate brokerage licensed by the Department of Economy & Tourism, Dubai and regulated by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Nature of the content. Content on this Site — including descriptions of communities, off-plan projects, developer partnerships, market commentary, and any figures or statistics — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, a guarantee of availability, pricing, or investment return, and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Any transaction is subject to separate, formal documentation between you, the relevant developer or seller, and, where applicable, MIRA Agam Properties as intermediary.

Advertising permits. Any property or project advertised through MIRA Agam Properties carries a valid Trakheesi advertising permit issued by the Dubai Land Department, as required by RERA regulations. Permit details are available on request.

No warranty. While we take care to ensure information on this Site is accurate at the time of publication, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to its completeness, accuracy, or currency. Market figures, developer statistics, and community information may change without notice and should be independently verified before you rely on them for a decision.
